Create a simple Dockerised Multicraft project which will build Docker images with the Multicraft panel configured as required for MinersRealm.

The supplied .gitlab-ci.yml will build the images when pushed to main. These images are then used by the supplied docker-compose.yml file which pulls them down and mounts the application config.
