[#1] Update footer links

Update outdated links under the “Contact” section. Contact email address updated to mail at dylanwilson dot dev. Twitter updated to new Twitter handle. A new link to GitLab has been added.

The “contact me” link under “Feedback” has also been updated to mail at dylanwilson dot dev.

Updated outdated icons on the top right of the footer. GitLab has been added, and the Twitter link has been updated.

Licence link has also been updated to point to the GitLab repository. Link to GitLab project has also been updated (from gitlab.dylanwilson.uk to gitlab.dylanwilson.dev).

Fixes #1 (closed).
