Remove Multicraft user/database and add Pterodactyl database to MinersRealm user

Pterodactyl panel only requires one database, as opposed to the two required by Multicraft. multic_panel should become miners_panel and will be used by Pterodactyl. The multic user and multic_daemon database should be removed.
