[#13] Create a simple `docker-compose` environment

Clone the docker-compose-laravel GitHub project (https://github.com/aschmelyun/docker-compose-laravel) to create a simple docker-compose environment. A .gitlab-ci.yml file will be added after to use this environment to run PHPUnit tests.
