[#13] Remove Multicraft and add Pterodactyl database to MinersRealm user

Associated issue: #13 (closed).

Pterodactyl panel only requires one database, as opposed to the two required by Multicraft. multic_panel will become miners_panel and will be used by Pterodactyl. The multic user and multic_daemon database have been removed.

Small tidy up in minions/sql01.sls.

Closes #13 (closed).
