[#3] Install Zsh and Oh My Zsh and change shell for user dylan

Dylan Wilson requested to merge issue-3 into main

Switch to Zsh instead of the Ubuntu default (Bash).

Also install Oh My Zsh for managing the Zsh install.

Closes #3 (closed).
